An Iron Will

“Grandma didn’t finish high school, but rose through the ranks. She climbed from Bus
Greeter to the Director of National Marketing in Player Development at the Tropicana in Atlantic City, NJ.”
-Franca Tavella, Esq.

Becoming unbreakable is a process. Before we accept the terms & conditions of the
deal and commit, let’s have an honest conversation about becoming unbreakable, even unshakeable.

An Iron Will is defined by having the ability to push through the most difficult moments

and achieve what others – and even you – may think is impossible.

How does a person become unbreakable?

“Lean into your internal conviction and become consumed by your own fire.
Obliterate doubt and weakness with your Will.”

-Carly Meyer Bentley, CEO

Three generations of women from Italian-American descent,

demonstrate what an Iron Will looks like and how it behaves.

Born in 1940, Franny Saddic from South Philadelphia proved to us that a formal
education isn’t the only factor that defines success. There is so much more!

Franny never graduated from High School. Remember Susan Tavella? Generations of
Advancement – thefreckledstrawberry.com
The woman who “put her best foot forward”
and successfully ran and sold two noteworthy businesses? Yeah, her. Franny Saddic was Susan’s Mother.

Franny befriended mayors, senators, and even past President Ford. She got involved and built great communities.

She learned to play golf, applied for a job in Atlantic City as
a Bus Greeter and rose through the ranks to Director of National Marketing for the
Tropicana in Atlantic City, NJ. By investing her time and energy, she made a difference for many people, including herself.

Franny never allowed anything to stop her from living her best life and sharing her natural talent of leadership, with the world.

This week The Freckled Strawberry celebrates Franny from South Philly.
